How do I use the diffuser?

Simply open the bottle and insert the reeds.  The fragrance will immediately begin to wick up into the reeds, and it will naturally evaporate into the air.

Do I have to flip the sticks?

No, you do not have to flip the sticks.  However, you may flip the sticks if you want an extra burst of fragrance.

Can I light the sticks like I would a candle?

No.  Keep Nectaire away from open flame.

Does Nectaire contain alcohol?

No.  None of our Nectaire products contain alcohol.

Do I have to use all the sticks?

We find that Nectaire performs best when all sticks are used.  However, you may use fewer sticks if you prefer a more subtle effect.

Do you sell refills?

No, we do not offer refills for our fragrances at this time.

What is the bag of beads for?

We’ve been trying to find the perfect way to let you know what the scent is without opening the box.  This bag of beads, used in our original Nectaire production, is the first of those attempts.  The beads do not go into the oils, but you can use the sachet to freshen up drawers or your car.

If the beads aren’t used anymore, how can I sample the fragrance now?

We are now using micro-encapsulation technology – better known as scratch-and-sniff – on the box so that you can sample the fragrance before purchase.

How long should my Nectaire diffuser last?

A Nectaire diffuser will last 6-8 weeks.  Keep in mind that, because each fragrance blend is unique, evaporation rates may vary.

What happens if I spill the diffuser?

Wipe up any spilled fragrance with a dry towel or cloth.

Do you sell directly to the consumer?

For wholesale orders, what is your minimum order, and how does the product ship?

Our minimum order is 3 cases.  Nectaire ships in cases of 12 units each, 1 fragrance to a case.  All of our orders ship via UPS Ground.

Can I order additional diffusers to have available for customers to smell in my store?

Yes.  We encourage retailers to order testers so that their customers can experience Nectaire for themselves.  Testers are sent separately from the bulk shipments.  Please contact us directly for more information about our tester program
